classic and dressy
This home’s Spanish-leaning architecture inspired the interior design and decoration. The property was a newlybuilt “spec-home” so the design team layered in many custom details – including the stair paneling – to personalize the spaces.
iron and wood
Mediterranean materials, similar to the home’s exterior (see Gallery) were used inside for consistency. Scrollwork patterns carry the Spanish vibe. All the window coverings are custom.
fun zone!
In the basement, the couple requested an “old school Chicago bar” with a “bartender” and “visitor” side and professional equipment, all custom built on site. This adult game room also features a pool table, large tv, and cigar-smoking area with classic leather club chairs (see Gallery for more).
